Roof Inspections
Regular roof inspections guarantee the health of your home

Keeping your roof in good shape keeps your home and family safe. Lone Star Roofing and Gutters recommends regular roof inspections to guarantee the health of your home.

While our roof inspections are available on their own for preventative maintenance, we also perform them before any roof repair or replacement project. Our contractors work from a thorough, comprehensive checklist that evaluates every last part of the roof.

Lone Star’s checklist includes:
  • Broken or missing shingles
  • Shingles that have begun to buckle
  • Missing or broken coping on the roof
  • Any evidence of past work that looks unprofessional
  • Rotted or molded fascia
  • Signs inside your home of water damage
  • Leaks around skylights or windows
  • Window or skylight seals
  • Gutters that need to be repaired or replaced
  • Trees that come to close to your house
  • Excess debris on the roof
  • Signs of mold, algae or other fungus on or around the roof

We’ll take note of any issues that we find. If we have recommended repairs, we’ll take care to explain them to you so that you have all the information you need to make the best choice for your home. In the event that we recommend a complete replacement, we’ll work with you to find affordable options. Lone Star Roofing and Gutters is committed to earning your trust, and you can count on our estimates to be accurate and fair.

All of our roofing services come with yearly inspections. Your roof is a major investment, and we want to do all we can to keep it in peak condition. Keeping an eye on your roof will help you to avoid costly repairs in the future.

Lone Star Roofing and Gutters stands behind our work with limited & lifetime warranties

Lone Star Roofing and Gutters stands behind our work with a five-year workmanship warranty, as well as limited and lifetime warranties for some of the products we use. As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we’re able to offer lifetime warranties for all of their products. It’s always smart to ask about warranties – you never know what repairs might be covered. A good warranty is well worth the cost! Although damage caused by extreme weather or accidents usually isn’t covered by your warranty, they’ll cover workmanship issues and defective product issues for the lifetime of the roof!

Yearly inspections from Lone Star Roofing and Gutters will keep your roof in top-notch shape for years to come!
